If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Policy:
We accept returns for cardboard cutouts and other non-personalised products within 30 days from the day after your order was delivered. You must return the item back to us within the 30 day returns window. We do not accept returns for products that are personalised or made to order. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp 01379420044, Live Chat or send an email at contact@giftsmemento.co.uk. We can then arrange for a refund or replacement to be sent. You will be refunded in full including any standard delivery costs and return costs back to your original payment method.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

1. Non-Personalised Products
You have the right to return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
2. Personalised Products
Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence where possible.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
