We take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for cardboard cutouts and other non-personalised products within 14 days from the day after your order was delivered. You then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us, total of 30 days return window. We do not accept returns for products that are personalised or made to order. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp Message +441379420044, Live Chat or send an email at contact@giftsmemento.co.uk. We can then arrange for a refund or replacement to be sent. You will be refunded in full including any standard delivery costs and return costs back to your original payment method.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
