You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

3. Products and Services

We sell both standard (non-personalised) products and personalised or made-to-order products.

Personalised products are created using the information you provide at checkout, such as names, dates, text, or images.

You are responsible for checking all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. This includes spelling, grammar, dates, and layout.

Once an order for a personalised product has been placed, it may not be possible to change or cancel it as production may begin immediately.

We are not responsible for errors in personalised products where incorrect information has been provided by you.

If we provide a preview or proof for approval, production will not begin until approval is received. Delays in approval may affect dispatch times.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is taken.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payment via Stripe, including Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, and all major UK debit and credit cards.

Klarna and Clearpay are subject to eligibility checks and are only available to customers aged 18 or over. Late payments may incur additional charges from the payment provider.

5. Order Acceptance

A legally binding contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email.

6. Delivery

Most orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm (Some personalised items take longer) and delivered within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail with the following options:

  • Royal Mail 48 (2-3 Days) – £2.99
  • Royal Mail 24 (1-2 Days) – £3.99
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 Days) – £4.99
  • Royal Mail / DHL (Next Day) – Order Before 1pm – £6.99

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If delivery is significantly delayed, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

7. Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Gifts Memento at our website www.giftsmemento.co.uk.

7.1. Non-Personalised Products

You have the right to return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or lost by the courier.

7.2. Personalised Products

Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised by us or not as described.

7.3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence where possible.

7.4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
